Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 5000-7000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari. Redaktur dapat melakukan perubahan pada tulisan yang dimuat untuk keseragaman format, tanpa mengubah substansinya. Second, what is the level of customer satisfaction with the service strategy at the Eltech computer shop in Petung village, Panceng sub-district, Gresik district. Third, how to analyze service strategies in increasing customer satisfaction from an Islamic economic perspective. This research aims to analyze the service strategy implemented by the Eltech Computer Store in increasing customer satisfaction from an Islamic economic perspective. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the Eltech Computer Store has implemented several service strategies which include a friendly attitude, effective communication, trustworthiness, and service guarantees. However, there are several aspects that need to be improved, such as service speed and service equipment maintenance. From an Islamic economic perspective, the service strategy implemented is in accordance with the principles of morality and maslahah which emphasize honesty, responsibility and customer welfare. The aim of the research is to understand how this business achieves, maintains and increases sales volume and achieve profits. The marketing strategies discussed include product, price, distribution and promotion aspects. Through interviews, it was found that Nu's Water BUMINU Nusantara Syubban provides quality products at competitive prices, strategic distribution, and effective promotion through social media and word of mouth marketing. This research also identifies business strengths and weaknesses and offers strategic recommendations to overcome challenges, such as shortage of human resources, inadequate facilities, inefficient air supply, and intense price competition. Business activities such as minimarkets have become an interesting phenomenon and attention. The existing Candamart is made in such a way as to attract consumers' interest in buying there. The existing Candamart must be able to create excellence in the products and services offered, so that it can attract consumer interest and feel satisfied because their needs can be met well. The aim of this research is to find out whether price and service factors influence consumer satisfaction in shopping at Candamart. This research uses qualitative field methods, descriptive qualitative in nature. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection methods use interviews, observation and documentation methods. The results of the research show that the quality of service and prices at Candamart tend to influence consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, service greatly influences consumer satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to find out what form of car rental rental agreement takes place between the rental owner and the renter, and to explain the resolution of defaults from the perspective of sharia economic law. The type of research that the author uses is a qualitative method or descriptive qualitative field research, namely research that describes the form of settlement of rental car rental defaults from the perspective of sharia economic law. The benefit of this research is that theoretically it can provide information and knowledge regarding the form of rental agreement and settlement. default according to the perspective of sharia economic law. Based on the results of the research that the author carried out, easy steps for resolving defaults in rental car rental agreements in Al Badru Alaina must be carried out with a systematic approach and based on the terms of the agreement. Through clear steps, starting from identifying problems to resolving them through mediation or legal channels, it is hoped that default problems can be resolved fairly and effectively.
