Abstrak

We often find traders in the market using scales to measure a mass or weight of objects to be sold to buyers. In commerce and business, honesty (rights) must be enforced fairly as commanded by Allah. That reducing the dose and scale is strictly prohibited. The research method that we do is by using a research library looking for references from various books. Besides that, we also conduct descriptive research by looking for the subject and object of traders transacting using measuring tools. The results we obtained from this study, we found a lot of obstacles for traders who use scales. There are traders who cheat on the reduction in weighing their wares, one of which is palawija (second source harvest) traders, usually peanuts, sweet potatoes, corn and so on. So we are interested in discussing it in this journal.
