PROFESIONALISME GURU DALAM SUPERVISI PENDIDIKAN
Abstract
Supervision is an activity that is done repeatedly and mutually sustainable so that the actors of education able to develop themselves in doing the tasks and solve various problems that exist in the world of education and able to make the learning process affective and efficient. Supervision has new insights and insights that contain key ideas, such as promoting the growth of teacher professionalism, developing democratic leadership, releasing energy, and solving problems related to the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process.
