PENGARUH LATIHAN DRILL TERHADAP KETEPATANSERVIS BACKHAND DALAM PERMAINANBULUTANGKIS PADA UKM BULUTANGKISIKIP MATARAM TAHUN 2014

Abstract

The research aimed to know whether there is or not the effect of drill exercise toward backhand service accuracy of Badminton at UKM Badminton of IKIP Mataram in year of 2014. The kind of this research is quantitative research. The population of this research is all members of UKM Badminton of IKIP Mataram in year of 2014. The technique of data collection used action test as main main method and documentation as complement method. The technique of data analysis used t-test. The problem of this research is whether there is the effect of drill exercise toward backhand service accuracy of Badminton at UKM Badminton of IKIP Mataram in year 2014. Based on the result of data analysis, the score of t-test was 14.35 and t-table was 1.729 in 5% of significant level and df=19. It shows that the score of t-test was higher than t-table (14.35 > 1.729). It meant that the alternative hypothesis said that there is the effect drill exercise toward backhand service accuracy of Badminton at UKM Badminton of IKIP Mataram in year of 2014 was accepted and the null hypotesis said that there is not the effect of drill exercise toward backhand service accuracy of Badminton at UKM Badminton of IKIP Mataram in year 2014 was rejected. The conclusion of this research showed that there is significant effect of drill exercise toward backhand service accuracy of Badminton at UKM Badminton of IKIP Mataram in year 2014.
