This training program aims</p> <p>to help owners of oto' snack production in Bungbaruh Village improve</p> <p>the marketing of their products through the Shopee marketplaceplatform. Through targeted interviews and outreach, business owners</p> <p>are provided with the in-depth understanding and skills needed to use</p> <p>Shopee as an effective marketing tool. It is hoped that with the</p> <p>continuous application of this new knowledge, sales of hawker otto' can</p> <p>increase significantly and their business can grow better in a wider</p> <p>market. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques from related sources. Respondents totaled 15 MSMEs by distributing questionnaires directly. Of the total number of respondents, 33.3% or 5 people understood halal certification and 66.7% or 10 people still did not understand. The research results show that understanding of halal certification in Ceungceum Village is still relatively low due to a lack of outreach activities. Dalam pelayanan terhadap pelanggan dan mempertahankan pelanggan, Aqiqah Nurul Hayat menerapkan <em>customer relationship management</em> atau manajemen hubungan pelanggan. dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Aqiqah Nurul Hayat menerapkan <em>customer relationship management</em> dalam mengelolah hubungan dengan pelanggan. Proses yang dilakukan mencakup identifikasi, diferensiasi, kustomisasi, berbagi informasi, keterlibatan pelanggan, kemitraan jangka panjang, pemecahan masalah bersama, teknologi berbasis CRM dan otomatisasi pelayanan. To generate interest in the products and services offered by Bank Jatim Syariah KC Kediri branch, innovative products and services must be developed.</p> <p>Mobile banking is an example of Bank Jatim’s approach and dedication in offering digital services to the general public to facilitate transactions. The rise of the digital era is the cause of the high volume of digital transactions in Indonesia. This causes banks to compete with each other to provide the best service to the public. In this case, public relations can help management as a communication facilitator. Mediator and communicator to ensure that the public hears what management has to say and what management says an organization needs to function well. Bank Jatim’s public relations goal is to build strong relationships with communities, individuals and groups while increasing brand awareness. Observing the importance of the role of public relations as a communication channel makes it very interesting to research. This research methodology uses a case study format and qualitative methodology. Previous research relevant to this topic includes discussing the legal problems of P2P Sharia Lending in Indonesia, legal protection for consumers using financial technology based on P2P Sharia Lending, P2P Sharia Lending mechanisms and services, the influence of ease of use and risk in the Investree application on transaction decisions using fintech. Sharia P2P Lending, and analysis of Sharia P2P Lending fintech product contracts. The research method that will be used in this research is a qualitative research method with library study data collection techniques. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from sources such as journals, books and related documents. Regulatory challenges are mainly due to the decentralization of the financial system as a result of implementing fintech. The problems studied in this study include: (1) What are the implications of the development of fintech and the phenomenon of decentralization of the financial system on the regulatory challenges faced in Indonesia. (2) What form of regulation can be applied in Indonesia to address the challenges of fintech development and decentralization of the financial system. The decentralization of the financial system caused by the implementation of fintech has given rise to its own regulatory challenges. The absence of a comprehensive fintech regulation capable of accommodating the phenomenon of financial system decentralization has the potential to result in weak guarantees of legal certainty and protection. The preparation of the fintech Law based on a principle approach can be a solution to answer the regulatory challenges faced. The aim of this research is to find out about consumer shopping interest in choosing fashion at the Wiratna Modes Store from a sharia economic perspective. This research is a qualitative description with primary data sources from interviews with store owners and employees as well as several consumers. The results of this research show that consumer buying interest is influenced by internal and external factors. Apart from that, Products, Prices, Promotions, Locations and Services too.
