This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of influencer marketing on the intention to buy wardah cosmetics among Jember Islamic University students class of 2022, (2) the effect of halal labeling on the intention to buy wardah cosmetics among Jember Islamic University students class of 2022, (3) the effect of price on interest in buying wardah cosmetics for female students at the Islamic University of Jember class of 2022, (4) the influence of Influencer marketing, halal labeling and prices on the interest in buying wardah cosmetics for female students at the Islamic University of Jember class of 2022. The approach used is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all university students Islam Jember Class of 2022. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a total sample of 96 respondents. From the results of the analysis it can be seen that: The influencer marketing variable (X1) has an effect on buying interest (Y). Halal labeling variable (X2) has no effect on purchase intention (Y). The price variable (X3) has no effect on buying interest (Y). Meanwhile, simultaneously influencer marketing, halal labeling, and price have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention.

The market mechanism itself is an interaction between demand from consumers and supply from producers, so that the price formed is a combination of the strengths of each party.

This research uses descriptive qualitative research by examining conditions in the field which will then be analyzed based on observation data.

Based on the results of the analysis of the rice demand system in traditional markets by considering the factors that influence it and the results of data collection, it can be seen that the demand for rice in Jember Regency is still very high. This is proven by the enthusiastic response of the community during market operations carried out by the Jember Regency Industry and Trade Department

Nowadays, there are many financial institutions that adhere to sharia principles, both micro and macro, both in the form of bank and non-bank Islamic financial institutions. These financial institutions have their respective roles and operations. Bank Syari'ah Mandiri (BSM) is a financial institution whose operational system is based on sharia principles which are based on the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. Where the main task is to collect funds from people who have more funds and distribute them to people who need them. Sharia banks also provide services. One of the sharia financial institutions in Tanjungpinang is BSM Tanjungpinang. BSM Tanjungpinang offers several fund distribution products, including muraabahah financing, which is most popular with customers. This research uses qualitative research, namely research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of words. Data analysis carried out in research uses deductive analysis, namely a method of thinking that begins with theories, postulates and general provisions and then draws specific conclusions. This research results in the conclusion that the pillars and conditions of the muraabahah contract in muraabahah financing at BSM Tanjungpinang have been fully fulfilled and in accordance with sharia provisions.

Strategi Mempertahankan Loyalitas Pelanggan Usaha Rara Laundry

Loyalty is a customer's commitment to a product or service as measured by repurchasing. Customer loyalty has an important role in a company. Maintaining them means improving financial performance and maintaining the viability of a company. This is the main reason for a company, to attract and retain customers.

This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach aimed at describing and drawing the phenomena that exist in the field regarding strategies to maintain customer loyalty. With data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation.

Based on the results of the research, it shows that the strategy to maintain customer loyalty in the Rara Laundry business is said to be good, because it is in accordance with the theory of strategy to build customer loyalty. However, in reality, a good strategy has not been able to maintain customer loyalty. It is concluded that the supporting factors have not fully maintained customer loyalty. While the inhibiting factors from external parties dominate the level of customer loyalty.

Islamic boarding schools are educational institutions that have long developed in Indonesia, Islamic boarding schools include elements that play a role in the spread of Islam in the form of education. The essence of Islamic boarding schools is the preparation of a generation to live their best life before Allah SWT, fulfilling their duties as caliphs on earth. However, according to the demands of the times, Islamic boarding schools must be able to produce graduates with various skills, because not all alumni become scholars or kiai. The purpose of this research is to gain a deeper understanding of how Islamic boarding schools play a role in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit among students at the Rahmatan Lil Alamin Islamic Boarding School. Entrepreneurship is a type of education given to the students of the Rahmatan Lil Alamin Islamic Boarding School as preparation for the future. Gaining entrepreneurial experience while in Islamic boarding schools can be one of the factors that helps graduates find job opportunities that generate financial benefits. This can be used as a shortcut to achieve higher income. The methods used in collecting data were interviews and document studies while the data analysis technique used a descriptive-qualitative approach.

Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT Dana Desa) is one of the actions taken by the government to provide subsidies to people in need in Indonesia. The aims of this study are: 1) Economic Conditions of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT Dana Desa) in RT 03 RW 18 Village Langsepan, Sumbersari District. 2) Mechanism for the distribution of Direct Village Fund Cash Assistance (BLT Dana Desa) to the community in RT 03 RW 18 Langsepan Village, Sumbersari District. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach, determining research subjects using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation, the validity of the data in this study used technical triangulation. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Village Fund BLT recipients in Langsepan Village, Sumbersari District before the COVID-19 pandemic had an irregular income, but still can find a job to meet their daily needs. During the COVID-19 pandemic it hampered this in meeting economic needs so that the Village Fund BLT helped meet the basic needs of the community. 2. The mechanism for distributing Village Fund BLT in Langsepan Village, Sumbersari District, is carried out in cash every month for 9 months in the village office hall by complying with health protocols, in 3 stages/waves from April 2020 to December 2020 by implementing the accuracy of determining choice, target accuracy, timeliness, and program monitoring so that the distribution mechanism can be said to be effective.

This study aims to assess the correlation between the quantity of funding and the marketing performance of employees (studi kasus PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Syariah Medan). The research methodology used is an analytical descriptive approach. This approach focuses research on the performance of the marketing employee as well as any variable that serves as a performance measure. The parties responsible for the performance of the marketing staff at the Shariah Branch Office of Sumut Bank were selected as the subject of this study. This research uses primary and secondary data. The interview that he did with a marketing employee of P.T. Bank Sumut Shariah Field Branch Office was a research instrument he used. This study uses qualitative descriptive analysis as its method of data collecting. It is a recording procedure used to describe or depict the state of an object being studied based on the fact that it exists. Data collection techniques used include observations, interviews, documentation, and libraries.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh besarnya potensi pariwisata yang dimiliki oleh kawasan makam gus dur. Selain Gus Dur merupakan presiden ke-4 Republik Indonesia, keasrihan serta nuansa keislaman yang disuguhkan menjadikan daya tarik tersendiri untuk tetap dikunjungi. Terhitung setiap bulannya hampir 30.000 lebih wisatawan yang datang dari berbagai daerah dan akan meningkat pada hari libur dan menjelang ramadhan. Dengan potensi yang ada, ini adalah sebuah peluang bagi masyarakat agar bisa keluar dari lingkar kemiskinan yang dapat dilakukan melalui pemberdayaan perekonomian masyarakat. Namun,tidak adanya pelatihan keterampilan serta pembinaan dari manajemen pengelolahan, membuat masyarakat sekitar tidak mampu berdiri sendiri untuk menghasilkan suatu produk yang biasanya diperjual belikan disekitar objek wisata Makam Gus Dur. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh konsep halal tourism baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap pemberdayaan perekonomian masyarakat madani di Tebuireng Jombang.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan konsep halal tourism terhadap pemberdayaan perekonomian masyarakat madani di Tebuireng Jombang berdasarkan uji t dengan nilai taraf sig dan uji F dengan nilai taraf sig Maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. 2) dari ke-5 variabel tersebut, variabel ad-dinlah yang memiliki kontribusi paling besar terhadap pemberdayaan perekonomian masyarakat. Ditandai dengan banyaknya masyarakat yang memanfaatkan peluang bisnis atau berwirausaha dengan menyediakan fasilitas kebutuhan ibadah yang layak dan sesuai dengan dasar-dasar prinsip syariah.

This research aims to determine the payroll accounting information system in supporting internal control at the company PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat Kec. Asahan, whether the payroll accounting information system is in accordance with theory in its implementation and whether it supports internal control , as well as solutions to resolve problems that cause the payroll accounting information system to not support internal control. The subjects in this research were 4 people who were employees at the company PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat District. Aek Songsongan District. Asahan is the Manager of the company PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat District. Aek. Songsonan District. Asahan, Personnel section of the company PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat Kec. Aek Songsongan District. Asahan, Payroll Accounting section of the company PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat District. Aek Songsongan District. Asahan, and the Finance section of the company PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat Kec. Aek. Songsonan District. Sharpening. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this research show that the payroll accounting information system at the company PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat District. Aek Songsongan District. Asahan has used a computerized system but it has not supported internal control because it is not in accordance with theory, including the lack of functions used, documents used and accounting records used, and the lack of an adequate authorization system for implementing healthy practices in the elements contained in internal control.

Human Resources is one of the most influential factors for a company. Apart from human resources, one factor that is very influential for a company is teamwork and work facilities. Where this occurs in internships is the phenomenon of less effective communication within the team and a lack of checking the availability of office stationery such as salary card stock and HSS paper. The aim of this research is to evaluate teamwork and work facilities in increasing employee work motivation. The method used is qualitative research where data collection is carried out by observation or observation where the researcher must go directly to observe the research object and location. The importance of teamwork and employee work facilities in increasing employee work motivation at internships. Where facilities are a means to expedite and facilitate the implementation of the work process. Apart from that, teamwork is very important in a company or organization because the organization's work will not be carried out if the members of the organization or company do not work together in harmony. Therefore, the importance of teamwork between employees and superiors as well as complete facilities in an organization or company will create work comfort and work motivation in the employee.

Analisis Faktor Loyalitas Konsumen Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Minat Beli Pada Azzairi Mart Pakisan Tlogosari Bondowoso Perspektif Ekonomi Syariah

This research aims to analyze the factors of consumer loyalty and service quality on purchasing interest at Azzairi Mart. This type of research is quantitative research, research used to test the relationship or influence of variables using purposive sampling techniques, namely determining the sample with certain considerations. The samples taken in this study were all students of the Abu Zairi Salafiyah Islamic Islamic Boarding School, namely 230 respondents consisting of male and female students, but not all were used as samples, the selected sample was 150 respondents who used the Slovin formula.Based on the results of descriptive analysis, the frequency of consumer loyalty respondents' answers has an average index value of 123.5 with very high criteria. And the results of descriptive analysis of the frequency of respondents' answers to service quality have an average index value of 127.3 with very high criteria. And the results of the descriptive analysis of the frequency of respondents' answers to buying interest have an average index value of 123 with very high criteria. And from the results of the multiple linear regression test, the consumer loyalty variable does not have a significant effect on purchasing interest where the significant value is (0.089) > 0.05(a=5%) so the hypothesis is rejected. And the service quality variable has a significant effect on purchase intention, because the significance value is (0.000) < 0.05(a=5%) so the hypothesis is accepted.

Pengaruh Green Product Dan Word Of Mouth (Wom) Di Era Eco-Friendly Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Melalui Minat Beli Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Konsumen Fore Coffee Surabaya

Environmental issues are currently starting to be widely discussed, which can also be a consideration for businesses to adopt as part of their operations. One of them is green products which have been used in several business fields and can generate positive word of mouth compared to conventional products. This research aims to determine the influence of green products and word of mouth (WOM) on decisions with purchase intention as an intervening variable for Fore Coffee Surabaya consumers. The population of this research is all consumers who make purchases at Fore Surabaya. The number of respondents to this research was 165 who used a non-probability sampling type with a purposive sampling technique. The results of this research show that: (1) green products have a significant effect on buying interest, (2) word of mouth (WOM) has a significant effect on buying interest, (3) green products have no effect on purchasing decisions, (4) word of mouth (WOM) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, (5) buying interest has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, (6) green products have a significant effect on purchasing decisions through buying interest as mediation, and (7) word of mouth (WOM) has a significant effect on decisions purchase through purchase interest as mediation.
