Abstract

Boarding schools Ar-Roudloh is one of the agencies that consistently improve discipline on the santrinya, because the cabin including boarding schools with strict regulations. Boarding schools Ar-Roudloh in the matter of religious activity is strongly emphasized. If there are students who do not join the prayer in congregation and the Koran, then the administrators will provide appropriate sanctions with mistakes made by students. Qualitative research aims to describe an event or phenomenon. Researchers observe, take notes, ask yourself, documenting, and searching for information related to the role of caretaker in instilling discipline students for worship. Planning Superintendent Ar-Roudloh boarding schools in instilling discipline students to worship, one that is carrying out activities in order to discipline students worship. Business administrators in improving discipline students. Provide insight to students about the primacy of the Congregation, reading the Qur'an and studied religious Madrasah Diniyah processed.
