Abstract

Quality improvement is needed by leader and institution education managers. head of master is one of important education part to increase education quality. head of master is important part to develop the institution which is managed. In other hand, directly, a  head master has responsiblity of education management in education proses like school administration, teacher management, tools of school. In this case there are some cases in education development proces, the first about curriculum of Islamic aducation, second is teacher profesionality, third is about tools of school ,the fourth is the relation with society. School is formal education institution  hoped to increase education quality. Quality is reflection and whole characteristic of object or servise which show the ability to satisfy the needs of societies and education purpose. in education quality include input, process, and output of education.
