Upaya Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Dalam Menyusun Silabus dan RPP Melalui Supervisi Akademik Yang Berkelanjutan Di SD Negeri 2 Sanggrahan Kecamatan Prambon Kabupaten Nganjuk

Abstract

The organization of lesson plan is very important, it should prevent the teachers to teach without planning. But unfortunately,  lesson plan that should be measured by the principal,it cannot be measured because they are only planned in the teachers' mind. The study aims to improve the ability of teachers to prepare syllabi and lesson plans to increase to 90% and good quality of syllabus and lesson plans to 80%. This research was conducted with a classroom action research method that lasted for 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research method conducted by researchers is to carry out academic supervision which includes traditional supervision and clinical supervision. The results of the study showed that ongoing academic supervision was scientifically proven to be able to improve teacher competence in preparing syllabi and lesson plans in SD Negeri 2 Sanggrahan. It is proven by the increase in the number of good teacher syllabi from the initial condition of 12.5 to 87.5% in cycle 1 with the category of "GOOD" grades and up in cycle 2 to 87.5% with the category of "VERY GOOD", after academic supervision. Besides that,  the number of good quality lesson plans also increased from the initial condition of 25% to 75% with the category of "GOOD" value in cycle 1 and rose to 87.5% in cycle 2 with the category of "VERY GOOD" value.
