Manajemen Lembaga Ulul Azmi Dalam Memberantas Buta Huruf Al-Qur’an Secara Massal Kelas 1 Di SDN Kebonagung Kota Pasuruan

Abstract

Based on the keywords of the Ulul Azmi Institution Management to Eradicate Illiteracy of Al-Qur'an in a Mass, the formulation of the problem that arises is how the management of Ulul Azmi Institution in eradicating illiteracy Al-Qur'an grade 1 at SDN Kebonagung, Pasuruan City, how is the strategy of the Ulul Institute Azmi in carrying out its management and what are the supporting factors and obstacles to the management of the Ulul Azmi Institute. The number of young people who have not been able to read the Qur'an or not yet read the Qur'an is a problem for the world of Islamic education. Already many stand the place of the Koran like TPQ and Madrasa Diniyah, but the number of khotamin each year is relatively small. This has become homework for the Koran teachers, because the number of students increases each year while graduating students is still relatively low. This gap creates the impression that Islamic education is still not going well. Therefore, the Ulul Azmi Institute made a management in eradicating the illiteracy of the Qur'an en masse for grade 1 students at SDN Kebonagung, Pasuruan City in order to be successful in Islamic education, so that the homeworkers of the Koran in teaching reading Al-Qur'an could be overcome by scientific evidence and facts Because the problem formulation is descriptive, this research was compiled using a Qualitative Descriptive Research approach to the type of case study research. The results of this study indicate that the management of the Ulul Azmi Institute has been systematically structured and has produced a young generation who can read the Qur'an. Evidenced by the large number of grade 1 students who can read the Qur'an until they can finish juz 1. On the other hand there are also some children who are still left behind who cannot read the Qur'an. However, this problem has been overcome by the Ulul Azmi Institute in a systematic way.
