Peran Manajemen Kesiswaan Memotivasi Belajar Siswa Pasca Pembelajaran Daring di MA Zainul Hasan Pare

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about (1) the application of student management at MA Zainul Hasan, (2) student management efforts to motivate student learning at MA Zainul Hasan, and (3) the relevance of student management for students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. Qualitative research is a research approach that is based on a postpositivist philosophy, which emphasizes the characteristics of in-depth knowledge of a phenomenon. Because of the qualitative approach, the nature of one problem will be different from the nature of another problem, this research method uses an in-depth analysis strategy that investigates the difficulties one by one. The aim of this technique is to gain a thorough understanding of a subject, not to make broad generalizations. The following are the research findings: (1) MA Zainul Hasan encourages students to participate in extracurricular activities by opening and providing possibilities, and by involving all parties in the madrasa in guiding and motivating students through scheduled events. (2) Cooperation with Student Council in various activities at school, such as school activities, external and internal activities. External activities, for example, are activities that take place outside the classroom and include coordination or collaboration with student councils and additional teachers. (3) become a forum with higher quality implementation with the aim of teaching children how to work together, organize themselves, and carry out school-related tasks.
