Profesionalitas Dosen Dalam Proses Belajar Mengajar Di Institut Agama Islam Nahdlatul Ulama’ (IAINU) Bangil
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the level of professionalism of lecturers in carrying out the teaching and learning process at the Nahdlatul Ulama Islamic Institute (IAINU) Bangil. Lecturer professionalism is an important factor that influences the quality of higher education, especially in religious-based educational institutions. This article explains the research methodology used, including surveys and interviews with lecturers, as well as data collection from various related sources. The research results identified key elements of lecturer professionalism, including academic qualifications, teaching experience, and commitment to education based on Islamic values. This article also evaluates the challenges and opportunities faced by lecturers in developing their professionalism in the context of Islamic educational institutions.
