Abstract

The results showed that the character of the Santri at the Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School Kebon Gondang Wetan Pasuruan Temple was good and polite, but there were also students whose morals were not good because there were students who could not be overcome because they never wanted to listen to anyone except their parents and there were also students. what he does have is a disorder and the reason for the good morals of the students is because the students participate in the activities that have been made by Mrs. Nyai and carry out all the tasks that have been assigned to Mrs. Nyai and most of them have the same watha'atan traits.Bu Nyai's role in cultivating the character of the santri is very important because Bu Nyai is a pillar for the santri because if a building does not have a pillar the building will automatically collapse and that is where Bu Nyai gives the best for all her students. Mrs. Nyai is a person who plays a very important role in every student activity by positioning herself as an educator, mentor, leader, motivator, parent, and healer.
