Humans, as social beings, naturally tend to interact and collaborate with others. Inter dependence among individuals forms the basis of social interaction sindaily life. One mani festation of suchinter action is foundin muamalah, where humans engage in mutual assistance and exchange of necessities for their respective live lihoods. In the context of muamalah interactions, the moral obligation to return theright sofothers, especially concerning lost items, isoften considereda crucial aspect. This article aims to comprehend the concept of found items (luqathah) in muamalah, elucidating related aspects and associating them with principles of justice and moral responsibility
