Based on qualitative method employed it is discovered that these pesantren have conducted an adaptation process with ICT in the form of an administrative system such as payment of student fees, student data and lessons, procurement of training and workshops and the establishment of a separate ICT development unit, although there are still obstacles, especially in human resources. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare potential next generation in the field pf entrepreneurship. In this preparatory agenda, entrepreneurship education in tertiary institutions will play a crucial role, apart from the influence of classmates in fostering student interest in entrepreneurship. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a casual perspective. The population in this study were all student of Darullughah Wadda’wah International Islamic University class of 2020/2021, totaling 951 students from 8 study programs. While the sampling technique in this study used the simple random sampling method, the number of wich was calculated using the slovin formula so that the number of samples was 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is structural equation modeling with AMOS program tools. The implementation of effective classroom management is key to improving student learning achievement. The focus of this research is (1) How to implement classroom management in improving student learning achievement at SDN Siyar Rembang. (2) What are the obstacles faced by teachers in the implementation of improving student learning achievement in grade 5 of SDN Siyar Rembang Pasuruan. (3) How to overcome the obstacles faced by teachers in improving the learning achievement of students in grade 5 of SDN Siyar Rembang Pasuruan.</p> <p>The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Because of this research, I focused on one class, the data sources in this study are the principal, 1 5th grade teacher and 1 5th grade student representative. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations and documentation.</p> <p>Based on the results of the study, it is shown that (1) Classroom management at SDN Siyar has been implemented well, including planning, organizing, management, and evaluation. This can be seen from the existence of structured learning planning, proper organization, effective implementation of learning with various methods and media, and evaluation of structured learning (2) Obstacles faced by teachers in improving the teaching and learning process, namely: lack of awareness of students in motivating themselves to learn, different student characters, the existence of school activities that sacrifice lesson hours,&nbsp; classes that get the last class hour, students lack discipline in doing assignments, students who go in and out with excuses to go to the restroom. 3) Overcoming obstacles faced by teachers in improving the teaching and learning process, namely by: concentrating learning, involving students in all learning activities, conditioning students to be ready to learn in class, providing stimulation for students to aim for students to learn effectively, using suitable and diverse methods, providing good examples to students and class discipline,&nbsp; approach students during the learning process.</p> 2023-07-24T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Yumnatul Khoyriyah
