Pengaruh Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana Terhadap Proses Pembelajaran Di SMA Al-Yasini Kraton Pasuruan

Abstract

The management of educational facilities and infrastructure can be defined as the process of effectively and efficiently utilizing all educational facilities and infrastructure. This definition indicates that the facilities and infrastructure in schools must be used and managed to benefit the learning process. This management is intended to ensure that facilities and infrastructure in schools can be used effectively and efficiently.   The research method employed in this study is quantitative, utilizing descriptive and associative approaches with a teacher population of 50 teachers. The sampling technique used is Proportional Random Sampling, with sample selection based on the Krejcie table at a 5% level, resulting in 30 respondents. The data collection in this study uses questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the validity of the data in this study was assessed using a validity test based on the Product Moment Correlation Technique, and a reliability test was conducted using SPSS with the alpha formula. The techniques used to analyze the data included simple linear regression analysis, the T-test, and the determination coefficient. From the data processing that has been carried out, the results of the research are obtained, namely: (1) Management of Facilities and Infrastructure for the Teaching Process at Al-Yasini Kraton Pasuruan High School is said to be feasible (2) There are percentage results from the answers to the facilities and infrastructure questionnaire on the learning process that were tested using the determination coefficient test with SPSS which is 0.32, where the influence of variable X (facilities and infrastructure) on variable Y (learning process) is 32%. This means that the influence of facilities and infrastructure management on the learning process falls in the good category, with an overall rating of 100%.
