Analisis Problematika Guru Dalam Mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka Di SDN Inpres 2 Koya Timur

Along with the advancement of time, the educational curriculum in Indonesia has undergone various changes and updates, now referred to as the Merdeka Curriculum. This research aims to identify and analyze the challenges faced by teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at SDN Inpres 2 Koya Timur. Several challenges are encountered by teachers, especially in remote areas such as Koya Timur, namely: 1) teacher capacity building and training, and 2) strengthening stakeholder support and involvement. The research method employed is a qualitative approach with a case study research design. The researcher used data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The subjects of this research consist of 20 class teachers, including the principal of SDN 2 Inpres Koya Timur, Papua, determined using a focus group discussion (FGD) sampling technique. The results of this study conclude that the readiness of teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum is still varied, thus requiring special attention. Strategies to improve teacher readiness through continuous professional development, mentoring, and teacher collaboration have proven effective. Teacher readiness has significant implications for the success of the Merdeka Curriculum implementation.

This research is to determine the urgency of updating and Unification of Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Principles Regulations. The type of research method used is a normative juridical method using literature study of legal materials. Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Principles Regulations is a legal product that has regulated land law since 1960. This law is still in effect today. By looking at the year the legal product was created, it becomes an interesting topic regarding its validity and application. There are several problems that arise because there has been no update to the law governing land. This is due to Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Principles Regulations. Therefore, reform and unification of laws related to land in Indonesia are needed

Perlindungan Hukum Atas Keterlambatan Pembangunan Apartemen JLS Yang Didasarkan Pada Perjanjian Pemesanan

This research is to find out the form of legal protection for the delay in the construction of the JLS apartment based on the reservation agreement. The type of research method used is the normative juridical method using literature study of legal materials. Marketing is allowed to be carried out before the construction of apartement. There are many legal problems because the building has not reached 20% of the total building so it cannot use PPJB as an authentic deed. So in this case the sale of apartment units through pre-project selling is based on the form of a reservation agreement. In reality, it often harms consumer rights because there are delays in development that cause material and immaterial losses. The Reservation Agreement has fulfilled the legal requirements of the agreement based on Article 1320 of the Civil Code. The delay in the construction of the JLS apartment unit promised by the developer is included as a breach of contract. Legal protection for buyers of these apartments can request reimbursement of costs, losses and interest based on Article 1243 of the Civil Code, Article 7 letter G of the Consumer Protection Law, dispute resolution can be through consensus deliberation efforts, if not reached then dispute resolution can be carried out in public courts or out of court.

ABSTRACT

This research aims to determine the effect of using Educaplay Game media on student learning outcomes in the Islamic Religious Education subject class XI SMA N 2 Ungaran, Semarang Regency. This research is a survey, where the population is all class This research uses quantitative methods. The results of the research show that: The results illustrate that there is a relationship or influence of the Educaplay Game media on the learning outcomes of class XI students at SMA N 2 Ungaran Semarang Regency, it is known that the significance value is 0.00 < 0.05, so the variable (X) of the Educaplay Game media can influence the variable (Y) of student learning outcomes, explaining that the influence of the Educaplay Game variable (X) on Student Learning Outcomes (Y) is 55%.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media Game Educaplay terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam kelas XI SMA N 2 Ungaran Kab.Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan survey, dimana populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA N 2 Ungaran tahun ajaran 2024/2025 berjumlah 429 siswa, dengan sampel 81 responden yang dihitung dengan rumus slovin dengan margin of error 10%. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat hubungan atau pengaruh media Game Educaplay terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI SMA N 2 Ungaran Kab. Semarang, diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 < 0,05, maka variabel (X) media Game Educaplay dapat mempengaruhi variabel (Y) hasil belajar siswa, menjelaskan bahwa pegaruh variabel Game Educaplay (X) terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa (Y) sebesar 55%.

Supervisi merupakan salah satu fungsi dari administrasi pendidikan. Supervisi dalam kurikulum merdeka belajar bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan memastikan pelaksanaan kurikulum dilakukan secara optimal. Pengkajian mengenai supervisi manajerial era merdeka belajar dalam upaya peningkatan mutu layanan administrasi pendidikan dalam kurikulum merdeka di madrasah dilakukan melalui studi pustaka dengan analysis content. Keberhasilan pendidikan di madrasah harus ditunjang dengan pelayanan administrasi madrasah yang teratur, terarah, terencana dan terlaksananya proses administrasi harus mengikuti arah jaman yang semakin bersaing dan semakin modern. Dalam rangka peningkatan mutu layanan administrasi maka diperlukan supervisi manajeral pendidikan dalam proses terlaksananya fungsi administrasi di madrasah.Supervisi manajerial di era merdeka belajar dilakukan oleh pengawas madrasah dengan memberikan layanan pendampingan kepada kepala madrasah, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan dalam optimalisasi pengelolaan dan administrasi pendidikan kurikulum merdeka belajar yang diterapkan di madrasah.

This study aims to investigate how the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) class X students of the Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) department at SMKinuruliimanimuntilanimagelangiforithei2024/2025 academic year are using the Blogspot website.As times change and information technology advances quickly, online or internet-based government media is emerging as one of the most effective ways to raise the standard of education.As a free blog platform, Blogspot is utilized to provide PAI materials in an interactive and engaging way.I In order to demonstrate the use of the Blogspot website media in PAIi learning, as well as its benefits and obstacles, this study combines a qualitative approach with a descriptive methodology.I The results demonstrate that the use of the Blogspot website as a learning tool in PAI can boost student engagement, give students flexible access to materials, and let teachers share learning resources in innovative ways.But there are problems. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of teachers in improving student character through learning Pancasila education at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Pinang. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of research on the role of teachers in improving student character through learning Pancasila education at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Pinang. It was found that teachers have a very important role in growing and developing the character of each student. This can be seen from the Pancasila education subject, the teacher invites students to pray before starting the lesson and also pray after finishing the lesson, the teacher invites each student to practice the Pancasila values, one of which is the value of religious character and discipline character through material on the Pancasila education subject, the control card. , and congregational prayers.

Pendidikan Karakter Dan Disiplin Dalam Esktrakurikuler Berkuda Di Pondok Pesantren PKP Al-Hidayah

Character education and discipline are important elements in shaping the superior personality of students, especially in the pesantren environment. This study aims to describe the implementation of character and discipline education through equestrian extracurricular activities at Pondok Pesantren PKP Al-Hidayah. The approach used is qualitative with a descriptive method, involving observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The research results show that horseback riding extracurricular activities not only serve as a means of developing riding skills but also instill character values such as responsibility, honesty, cooperation, and courage. In addition, this activity trains discipline through strict rules related to training schedules, horse care, and adherence to instructors. The implementation of character education and discipline in horseback riding activities is supported by continuous coaching and a conducive pesantren environment. This research concludes that horseback riding extracurricular activities significantly contribute to shaping the character and discipline of students, making it an innovative character education model in Islamic boarding schools.

Analisis Kualitas Pembelajaran dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Negeri Petompon 02 Semarang

The implementation of the Independent Curriculum aims to enhance learning quality in Indonesia. At SD Negeri Petompon 02 Semarang, challenges include the need for differentiated teaching modules, lack of structured teacher coordination, low teacher motivation and competence, and high workloads. This study explores the quality of learning through classroom management, affective support, and cognitive activities, using a descriptive qualitative method. Findings highlight the significance of effective classroom management, consistent affective support, and engaging cognitive activities as benchmarks of learning quality. The principal plays a vital role in leading school development, while teachers are responsible for motivating and guiding students. Students demonstrate active participation and positive responses to the learning process. Despite these achievements, continuous evaluation and improvement remain necessary. This study underscores the need for synergy between principals, teachers, and students to achieve optimal learning quality aligned with the principles of the Independent Curriculum.

Community participation in the formation of laws and regulations is an important element in realizing a democratic legal system. Active community involvement in the legislative process is necessary to ensure that the laws produced reflect the needs and aspirations of the wider community. This research aims to examine the importance of community participation in each stage of regulation formation, identify obstacles in its implementation, and formulate strategic steps to increase the effectiveness of this participation. The results of the study show that even though there are legal regulations regarding public participation, their implementation still faces significant challenges, such as a lack of transparency, limited access to information, and a lack of formal mechanisms that support substantial public involvement. To overcome these obstacles, strategic steps are needed, including increasing the transparency of the legislative process, optimizing information technology for public consultation, institutionalizing participation mechanisms, and revising regulations that make community involvement a legal obligation. Collaboration between government, civil society and academics is also an important factor in creating more inclusive and responsive regulations. The conclusion of this research confirms that effective public participation not only strengthens legal legitimacy, but also increases public trust in the legislative system. With integrated steps, community participation can become the main pillar in creating a legal system that is fair, democratic and oriented towards the public interest.

The purpose of this article is to explain the problems of implementing management in Islamic educational institutions that are faced as challenges to improving the quality of education as well as constructive efforts to address them. The quality of graduates at Islamic educational institutions in general still needs to be improved. This is a problem that is currently still trying to find solutions and alternatives that can be used to improve the quality of these graduates. This research aims to determine the problems and implementation of quality standards for graduates of Islamic educational institutions. The method used in this article is a literature study by reviewing several literatures related to the theme that the author will study. The results show that one of the management problems in Islamic educational institutions is that there are still authoritarian and centralized leadership practices that apply in several Islamic educational institutions, and there is still a lack of quality human resources, especially in the academic field as well as inadequate facilities and infrastructure and lagging technology.
