This study uses a qualitative methodology to get a deeper understanding of the internal problems faced by learners in English language learning at the beginning of their educational journeys. This research used a case study in Pariwisata program in the Second Grade (SMA). The students reported psychological challenges and diminished motivation, including low self-confidence, shyness, lack of interest in speaking, fear of public speaking, and apprehension over peer criticism, which led them to neglect studying and speaking English previously. The students' propensity for anxiety was significantly increased by psychological or cognitive illnesses. The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) the principal's program planning in improving the quality of education, (2) the implementation of the principal's program in improving the quality of education, and (3) what obstacles are encountered in implementing the principal's program in improving the quality of education.</p> <p>This study uses a qualitative research approach with a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of the study are: principals, teachers, administrative staff and students. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis includes: data reduction, data presentation and data verification (drawing conclusions), while to test the validity of the data using data triangulation and member check.</p> <p>This research produced the following findings: (1) School program planning includes: teaching programs, including: teacher needs, distribution of teaching tasks, procurement of textbooks, teaching tools and demonstration tools, procurement or development of school laboratories, procurement or development of school libraries, learning outcome assessment systems, and curricular activities; (2) Implementation of school programs, namely: strategies applied to achieve improvements in the quality of education, including: program socialization, SWOT analysis, problem solving, quality improvement, and monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of school programs; and (3) Obstacles in school program planning, including lack of community participation and economic difficulties so that their support for school management is also low. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, di mana peneliti menggali berbagai sumber literatur terkait kurikulum pendidikan Islam serta proses pembentukan karakter dan kepribadian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum pendidikan Islam memiliki konsep dan prinsip yang tegas dalam membentuk karakter dan kepribadian siswa, berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai Islam seperti iman, takwa, dan akhlak. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa prinsip penting dalam pembentukan karakter dan kepribadian, antara lain pengembangan potensi diri, keterampilan sosial, dan kemampuan spiritual. Selain itu salah satu hal untuk mencapai pembiasaan dalam diri seseorang ialah dengan mengelolah diri sendiri (<em>self regulated</em>), sehingga ketika seseorang mampu mengelolah diri sendiri maka pembiasaan dalam diri siswa dengan sendirinya akan tercipta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh yang berasal dari budaya sekolah terhadap perilaku keagamaan. Menguji ada pengaruh yang berasal dari <em>self regulated </em>terhadap perilaku keagamaan. Menguji budaya sekolah dan <em>self regulated </em>secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keagamaan siswa.</p> <p>Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa MI GUPPI 2 Banjarsari. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah <em>probability sampling </em>jenis <em>proportional random sampling</em>, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS.</p> <p>Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Sekolah berpengaruh terhadap Perilaku Keagamaan Siswa MI GUPPI 2 Banjarsari Kecamatan Way Sulan Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. <em>Self Regulated</em> berpengaruh terhadap Perilaku Keagamaan Siswa MI GUPPI 2 Banjarsari Kecamatan Way Sulan Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Negeri 1 Tanggamus https://ejournal.kopertais4.or.id/tapalkuda/index.php/qodiri/article/view/6618 <p>Modernization has had a significant impact on the growth of learning in madrasahs, and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Tanggamus is one of the many madrasahs that have begun to accept the flow of modernization, for example the use of technology-based learning media. This study aims to analyze the implementation of technology-based learning media in fiqh learning, to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of the use of social media in fiqh learning and to analyze the results of fiqh learning after the implementation of technology-based learning media.</p> <p>This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The subjects in this study were students and fiqh teachers, the data collection methods used in this study were interviews and documentation. The data sources used in this study were primary data sources of fiqh teachers of MTs Negeri 1 Tanggamus. The data analysis techniques used were reduction, data display, conclusions and validity checks.</p> <p>The results of the study show that the implementation of technology-based learning media in fiqh learning consists of three stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The steps taken involve wise learning planning, goal setting to create intelligent humans integrated with technology, standardization of learning and teachers, and utilization of digital learning resources. The implementation of technology-based fiqh learning at MTs Negeri 1 Tanggamus is a structured and continuous process involving three main stages, namely initial activities, core activities, and closing activities.</p> <p>Supporting and inhibiting factors for the use of social media in fiqh learning involve adequate technological infrastructure, interactive educational content, training and support for teachers. Good technological infrastructure, diverse educational content, active training for teachers, and integration of technology extracurricular activities are the drivers of successful fiqh learning at MTs Negeri 1 Tanggamus. Strengthening religious character is therefore a fundamental component of the educational process, particularly at the elementary school level. Religious character refers to a spiritual disposition manifested through daily behavior aligned with religious teachings. This study aims to explore the strategies employed in fostering religious character through the habituation of Dhuha prayer and Qur’an recitation at SDN Sendanggayam. It also seeks to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors, along with the efforts made to address existing challenges. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the daily implementation of Dhuha prayer and Qur’an recitation effectively cultivates core religious values, including discipline, responsibility, empathy, tolerance, and moral conduct. Key supporting factors include the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as active support from the school, teachers, and parents. However, challenges arise from students’ lack of seriousness and limited understanding of Tajweed and the meaning of Qur’anic verses. To overcome these barriers, consistent habituation, targeted religious education, and strong collaboration between the school and parents are essential strategies.</em></p> Siti Rohmah, Sunan Baedowi, Intan Rahmawati Copyright (c) 2025 Siti Rohmah, Sunan Baedowi, Intan Rahmawati https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejournal.kopertais4.or.id/tapalkuda/index.php/qodiri/article/view/6622 Wed, 23 Apr 2025 15:28:57 +0000 Pengaruh Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Dan Motivasi Siswa Terhadap Hasil Belajar PAI Di SMP Plus Al-Qodiri Jember https://ejournal.kopertais4.or.id/tapalkuda/index.php/qodiri/article/view/4758 <p>This article comes from the results of research that aims to determine: 1) the influence of learning methods on Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes; 2) the influence of learning motivation on Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes; 3) the influence of interaction between learning methods and students' learning motivation on Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes; 4) the influence of students who use the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method with students who use the lecture method on Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes; 5) the influence of students who have high motivation is higher than students who have low motivation on Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes.</p> <p>The research method used is a quantitative method using a factorial design model, namely 2 x 2, then this study uses two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group or comparison group, the sample of this study was 36 students of SMP Plus Al-Qodiri for the experimental class or using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method and 36 students for the control class or using the lecture method.</p> <p>The final data processing results obtained an average value of the experimental group of 83.28 with a standard deviation of 6,055 and a variance of 36,663, while the average learning outcome using the lecture method was 75.92 with a standard deviation of 5,500 and a variance of 30,250. The highest score of PAI learning outcomes using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning method is 94 and the lowest score is 71 while the highest score in the class using the lecture method is 86 and the lowest is 66. This study aims to describe the implementation of digital-based Tilawatil Al-Qur'an learning using projectors and YouTube videos in improving literacy and student learning motivation at MTs Darussalam Banjar Negeri, Natar District, South Lampung. The background of this study is based on the importance of improving the quality of Tilawatil Al-Qur'an learning so that students are not only able to read the Qur'an properly and correctly, but also have a high enthusiasm for learning.</p> <p>This study uses a Qualitative research method with a case study research type (field research). By using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity testing uses triangulation. And the data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, conclusions.</p> <p>The results of the study indicate that the implementation of digital media in learning Tilawatil Al-Qur'an has a positive impact on students' literacy skills, especially in understanding the laws of tajwid, makhraj, and rhythm of tilawah. Learning videos from YouTube displayed through a projector make it easier for students to imitate examples of professional qari readings, thereby accelerating the learning process and increasing students' self-confidence. In addition, students' learning motivation has increased significantly, marked by high enthusiasm, active participation, and perseverance in completing tilawah tasks. Based on these findings, the use of digital media in learning Tilawatil Al-Qur'an is highly recommended to be implemented sustainably in order to improve the quality of Islamic religious education at the madrasah level.</p> <p>This study provides a significant contribution in the development of Tilawatil Al-Qur'an learning methods in the madrasah environment, especially in the use of digital technology as a learning medium. As a cultural heritage that reflects traditional values, local wisdom now faces challenges from the dominance of global culture, homogenization of values, and decreased involvement of the younger generation. On the other hand, digital technology offers opportunities as a tool for documentation, promotion, and preservation of local culture through platforms such as digital applications and social media. This study aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by digitalization in preserving local wisdom in Indonesia. With a qualitative approach based on library research, data were obtained from relevant literature, such as books, journals, and official documents. The research findings show that digital technology can document and promote local wisdom through social media, applications, and video platforms. However, serious challenges arise from the risk of cultural commodification and inequality of access to technology in remote areas.
