Pelatihan Media Berbasis TIK dalam Mengembangkan Kompetensi Penyuluh Agama di Kabupaten Bondowoso

Abstract

The purpose of the ICT-based media training is to develop the competence and improve the understanding and skills of religious extension workers in Bondowoso district in using information and communication technology in religious counselling. In addition, this training will also equip religious extension workers with skills in developing and managing effective extension media. Therefore, the training and coaching of ICT-based extension media used the community learning method with four steps, namely identification, planning, implementation and evaluation and coaching. The results of this activity are ICT-based media training in developing the competence of religious instructors can be carried out properly and appropriately according to planning, implementation and evaluation. Religious instructors in Bondowoso district were able to optimise the use of ICT- based media to deliver religious messages to the community more effectively, interestingly and relevantly according to the conditions of the times.
