PROBLEMATIKA KUTIPAN AKTA NIKAH PALSU DI KECAMATAN PLOSO KABUPATEN JOMBANG
Abstract
One the implementation of law number 1of 1974 about marriage, is recording a marriage certificate. The phe- nomenon shows that there are many fake marriage certifi- cates, however. This article discusses marriage process and marriage certificate forgery quote. This action is done through pander (registrar quote of fake marriage certificate), and in ordering it, the applicants call or come to the pander. This article concludes that the cause of the marriage certificate forgery are as mind factors, such as (1) illegal polygamy, (2) the regu- lations of prohibiting marriage for the military and police members who are still in education, (3) strict regulations of stating full reason for civil servants who want to polygamy. Another factors such as (1) the lack of public education, (2) the lack of awareness and dissemination of the recording of marriage legal, (3) the public protection against the appli- cants when the inspection was carried out, (4) the lack of public moral, (5) the eloping done by unmarried couples.
