TINJAUAN FILOSOFIS POLIGAMI PERSPEKTIF FILSAFAT HUKUM ISLAM
Abstract
Fakta sejarah kehidupan Nabi Muhammad adalah beliau melakukan poligami, yang menjadi bagian dari sunnah yang apabila dikerjakan oleh umat nabi Muhammad akan mendapatkan pahala dan apabila ditinggal tidak akan berdosa.Realitas zaman hari ini, khussusnya di Negara Republik Indonesia yang mayoritas prnduduknya beragama islam, masih banyak yang mempersoalkan ketika public pigur melakukan praktek poligami. Tetapi sedikit yang mempersoalkan ketika public pigur memiliki istri simpanan dan sedikit juga yang mempersoalkan ketika prostitusi menjamur dikota-kota besar.Poligami adalah emergency exit bagi laki-laki ketika istrinya mengidap penyakit, atau mandul yang akan mengancam punahnya keturunan si laki-laki. Dan poligami merupakan alternatif solusi untuk menyelesaikan persoalan prempuan yang ditinggal mati suaminya.References
