HUBUNGAN ANTARA KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA GURU SMA NEGERI 2 PRINGGARATA LOMBOK TENGAH

Abstract

  The Problems within this research was neither there is a relations between the teachers individual characteristic such as, sex, marital status, age, working experience, and educational level with the theachers working satisfaction in SMA Negeri 2 Pringgarata Central Lombok. This reaserch is using associative cross sectional analytic survey type. The population in this research is the entire teachers within the SMA Negeri 2 Pringgarata Central Lombok which counted 30 people. The technique of which being used to pick the sample is the census method or the sample amount determination if all the population member were taken as sample. The sample was counted 30 people teachers. The instrument of which being used in this reaserch is questioner. The received data were processed using the Chi-Square independents test with the meaning degree (α) = 0, 05. Based on statistic analyst test result, it is found that there are positive relation’s which significant between sex and working satisfaction with p value (0.013) < 0.05. Relation’s between marital status and working satisfaction has p value (0.000) < 0.05. Relation’s between age and working satisfaction has p value (0.002) < 0.05. Relation’s between working experience and working satisfaction has p value (0.011) < 0.005. And relation’s between educational level and working satisfaction has p value (0.020) < 0.05. From the research result and the explanation above, can be concluded that there are positive relations which significant between sex, and marital status, age, working experience, and educational level with the working satisfaction. Based on the reaserch result come a suggestion that the SMA Negeri 2 Pringgarata Central Lombok need to identify the differentiation of each teacher individual by using purpose and feed back from several decisions which entangling the teachers. It is necessary to understanding which is important and has high priority especially for the teachers and other employee in general. By giving attention to individual characteristics such as sex, marital status, age, working experience, and educational level so that at the end it can increase teachers productivity, and commitment to the working target.
