MIQAT DAN MAHRAM BAGI JAMAAH HAJI INDONESIA SERTA THAWAF IFADHAH BAGI WANITA HAIDH

Abstract

Abstract: Hajj (pilgrimage)is one of the pillars of Islam, it is obliged by Allah upon every Muslim once in their life. The purpose of this study is to describe several debatable issues of related to hajj according to the progress of the times. For Instance, about Miqat, Mahram for women hajj, and Thawaf ifadhah for menstruating women. This research is based on fiqh theories and hadith in order to achieve a comprehensive understanding. The method used is a qualitative method. The data is obtained from libraries and some scientific Fiqh’s and hadith’s books, and further analyzed using the tahkrij method. Based on the results of this study it is known that miqat is ijtihadi that can be changed depend on times and benefit (mashlahat) consideration. In addition, the women pilgrims who are not accompanied by mahram is allowed as long as the safety can be guaranteed. And for women hajj who are menstruating can conduct Tawaaf Ifadhah with certain provisions. Keywords: Miqat, Mahram, Thawaf ifadhah, Haidh
