Abstract
This study was conducted in the province of west java and east java pertaining with the progress of Islamic Boarding School for Cooperatives after implementing the training and education program. This article is briefly exploring the effectiveness of cooperative training and education program. Some weaktenes were found during the study and several serious action to overcome. But the study cooperatives in the specific circumstances.
