Abstract

The quality of LAZ Services is important in raising the interest of muzakki in paying zakat in LAZ. LAZ is required to always improve the quality of service especially to muzakki to have consistency in the zakat. In addition to service quality, religiosity and agency image also have an important influence in increasing interest in muzakki. This research aims to empirically test the variables in the research that have been formulated in the problem formulation, that is whether there is influence between service quality (X1), religiosity (X2), and institutional image (X3) to interest muzakki (Y1). Sampling in this study used Ferdinand's theory of 100 muzakki people from unknown population. The analysis was performed using Multiple Regression Analysis. Hypothesis testing is done with the help of Statistical Package for the Sciences (SPSS) software version 14.00 The results of the analysis show that the influence of Quality of Service on the interest of muzakki is positively significant, with the Coefficient of Standardize Lines direct influence of 0,517. The influence of Religiosity on the interest of muzakki is positively significant, with the Standardized Line Coefficient having a direct effect of 0.148. The Influence of Institutional Image on the interest of muzakki is positively significant, with the Standardized Line Coefficient of direct influence of 0.194
