Pengaruh Pengetahuan Ekonomi Islam dan Locus of Control Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan BMT UGT SIDOGIRI di Kabupaten Jember.

Abstract

The rapid growth of BMT UGT Sidogiri since established in 2000 is one of the accomplishmentwhich has been achieved well , but for the employees of BMT UGT Sidogiriwho mostly the sarong or alumni of Pesantren. The achievement is something that is interesting to examine because for financial institutions , both banks and non - bank typically consists of practitioners economy. Employee Performance BMT UGT Sidogiri may have to prove that they successfully establish sharia economy in Pesantren .                This research aims to test empirically variables which has been set in the formulation of the problem, First, Is there any influence between Islamic Economy knowledge ) toward employee performance. Second Is there any influence between Locus of Control ) toward employee performance. Third, Is there any influences of Islamic Economy knowledge and Locus of Control toward employee performance.  The advantage of this research is for adding scientific insight not only for IAIN Jember but also for writer, reader and institution whis is become the object of the research. Random sampling technique was used in 100 employee from 157 population of BMT UGT sidogiri in Kabupaten Jember.This research used multiple regression analysis processed with SPSS software version 20.               The result show that there is partial and simultaneous influences between independent variable toward dependent variable. There is influence betweem Islamic Economy knowledge ) toward employee performance(Y) wih regression coeficient 0,449 (≥0,05)showed very low effect.Locus of Control ) is positive with regression coeficient 0,379 (≥0,05) also showed very low effect. There is simultaneous influences between Islamic Economy knowledge )and Locus of Control ) toward employee performance (Y) is positive proved by Adjusted R Square4,8% means very low effect and the rest is 95,2 % is explained by another factors which is not researched  in this study Key words: Islamic Economy Knowledge, Locus of Control, Employee Performance.
