Abstract
Legalitas dalam mu’amalah maliyah bukanlah sekedar formalitas yang apriori ataupun pesimistik terhadap relativisme moral, karena aspek etikal yang diartikulasikan dalam berbagai prinsip mu’amalah adalah salah satu konsideran yang mendasar dan pokok dalam proses memahami dan inheren dengan “halal haramâ€, sehingga terkadang sukar untuk menarik garis tegas antara normativitas dan positivitas.Artikel ini menjelaskan bagaimana prinsip-prinsip moral keislaman sebagai aspek pokok dan karakteristik mendasr mu’amalah maliyah, sehingga komitmen moral di dalam mu’amalah maliyah dapat diukur melalui sistem pengawasan internal, yaitu tanggungjawab personal hamba kepada Tuhan dan pengawasan eksternal melalui otoritas pemerintah atau lembaga berwenang.ÂReferences
