Abstract
Praktik monopoli terutama di Indonesia didasarkan pada Pasal 33 Undang-undang Dasar Republik Indonesia 1945 yang menyatakan bahwa Perekonomian disusun sebagai usaha bersama berdasar atas asas kekeluargaan; (2) cabang-cabang produksi yang penting bagi negara dan yang menguasai hajat hidup orang banyak dikuasai oleh negara; (3) Bumi air dan kekayaan alam yang terkandung di dalamnya dikuasai oleh NegaraTulisan ini merupakan studi pustaka di mana penulis mencoba menjelaskan bagaimana praktik monopoli dan regulasinya yang ada di beberapa Negara Muslim dan dibandingkan dengan Indonesia.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa regulasi bisnis terhadap praktik monopoli yang berada di Indonesia dan Turki merupakan sebuah kebutuhan terhadap tatanan perekonomian bukan karena tuntutan atas ideologi suatu bangsa.
