Maqashid syariah sebagai paradigma dasar ekonomi islam

Abstract
Artikel ini mengelaborasi secara mendalam keterkaitan Ekonomi Islam dan maqashid syariah. Dalam Ekonomi Islam menempatkan Maqashid Syari’ah sebagai acuan, sehingga sistem dan ilmu yang kini tengah diformulasikan dapat memberi kemaslahatan dan mampu menjadi pan-acea terhadap kompleknya problem ekonomi kekinian yang kian akut. Maqashid Syari’ah dalam dataran idealnya juga harus berimplikasi pada perilaku ekonomi individu muslim, baik dalam posisinya sebagai konsumen maupun produsen. Kesemua aktivitas ekonomi tersebut harus menuju kepada kemaslahatan.
