KUALITAS PELAYANAN KONSUMEN KACAMATA EKONOMI ISLAM
Abstract
ABSTRACT
There are 6 (six) quality consumer services in Islamic economics, including: 1) Honest, namely an attitude that does not lie, does not cheat, does not fabricate facts, does not betray and never breaks promises. This is in accordance with the Qur'an Surah Ash-Syu'ara: 181-183; 2) Responsible and trustworthy (Al-Amanah) which is an attitude in running the business that is always responsible and trustworthy; 3) Not Cheating (Al-Kadzib) which is a very noble attitude in running his business, never cheating; 4) Keeping promises and not cheating, namely an attitude of business people who always keep promises both to buyers and among fellow businessmen; 5) Serve with humility (khidmah), namely a friendly attitude, polite, smiling, likes to give in, but still full of responsibility; 6) Do not forget the afterlife.
