KOMPETENSI GURU DALAM PERSPEKTIF AL-QUR’AN DAN AL-HADIS

Abstract

One of the themes contained in the Qur'an is the theme of the teacher. The teacher is an educator who has a noble goal. He educates and transfers knowledge to his students. In the Qur'an, several verses explain the competence of teachers. This proves that the Qur'an has great attention to teacher competence. These verses can be used as an important reference for teachers to improve their competence, especially in the Indonesian context. This research uses the Library Research method by taking the sources of the Qur'an and Hadith as primary sources, then supported by several secondary sources from various references.
