Abstract
AbstractEducational supervision is a crucial management function to ensure the quality of learning processes and administration in Islamic educational institutions. However, globalization challenges and contemporary moral crises demand a transformation of oversight that is no longer merely administrative. Therefore, an approach to implementing prophetic educational supervision in Islamic educational institutions is required. This approach intrinsically integrates prophetic values and the self-image of Prophet Muhammad SAW into both academic and moral supervisory practices. Through the functions of research, evaluation, improvement, and development, the school principal acts as a supervisor providing professional services to teachers. The discussion demonstrates that the implementation of prophetic supervision effectively alters teaching behavior, fosters spiritual integrity, and improves student learning outcomes. This model serves as a dynamic instrument in nurturing excellent Islamic education.
