Abstract

This paper explores the profound connection between the actions of educating, leading, and influencing in the educational context. Using a narrative-analytical approach, this paper asserts that every educator is a leader who shapes the character of students through role models and communication. Through a synthesis of leadership theory and cultural-spiritual values, this paper presents a new paradigm for educators as agents of change across generations.
