Operational management of learning is defined as the entire component in the context of improving the quality of education which is pursued by the teacher and all parties related or interested in the quality of education. Management of learning to improve the quality of education includes, among others: input, process, and output of learning by using several steps in learning management namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. PAI learning management is the unity of the teaching and learning process carried out by the teacher starting from planning and implementing activities to evaluation and follow-up processes that take place in educational situations to achieve certain goals that reflect religious values. The competence of students in mastering the material, mastering learning strategies, and skills in using and utilizing learning resources is an important thing in the effort to realize learning management. PAI learning management steps are as follows: (a) Learning Planning; (b) Mastering the syllabus of learning materials; (c) Compile an analysis of subject matter (AMP); (d) Arranging annual and semester programs; (e) Develop a learning implementation plan; and (f) Evaluation of learning outcomes.
