Abstract

The educational process must be clear between the object - subject, basic sources and objectives of education to be carried out. As objects and subjects, students and educators occupy important positions in implementing the education process. In the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003, educators are educational personnel who are qualified as teachers, lecturers, counselors, learning facilitators, widyaswara, tutors, instructors, facilitators and other titles in accordance with their specializations, and participate in organizing education. The division of students according to their type aims to make it easier for educators to carry out the educational process that is appropriate and relevant to what is needed by students. However, intelligent educators must educate towards total maturity so that students do not go too far into egoism that emphasizes their ego and only cares about themselves or students become altruists (people who care more about others).
