Abstract

Teachers play a strategic role in determining the success of the educational process. However, in carrying out their duties, teachers often face various problems that can impact the effectiveness of their performance and the quality of learning. This study aims to identify and analyze the problems faced by teachers in the learning process, both internally and externally. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the most dominant problems include limited facilities and infrastructure, high administrative burdens, low student motivation to learn, and a lack of support from parents and the community. Furthermore, adapting to technological and curriculum developments also poses challenges for teachers in the modern era. This study concludes that improving teacher professionalism requires support from ongoing training, reducing administrative burdens, and collaboration between schools, parents, and the government. This is expected to enable teachers to optimally fulfill their roles in creating a quality learning process.
