Abstract
Transformational leadership is a leadership style that emphasizes positive change in followers, with the aim of enhancing motivation, morale, and performance through an inspiring vision, attention to individual needs, and the encouragement of innovation and creativity. Transformational leaders not only provide direction but also empower and inspire their followers to achieve their full potential. The mechanism of transformational leadership involves four main dimensions: idealized influence (serving as a role model), inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. Transformational leaders motivate their followers by providing a clear vision and inspiring challenges, while also giving special attention to individual needs and development. Through active engagement and the development of potential, this mechanism aims to create sustainable change within the organization. Job satisfaction in Islamic educational institutions plays an important role in creating a productive and conducive work environment. High job satisfaction in the context of Islamic educational institutions can be achieved through transformational leadership that promotes professional development, enhances morale, and fosters harmonious relationships between leaders and staff. In addition, factors such as balancing work demands with spiritual needs, recognizing achievements, and empowering individuals also influence the level of job satisfaction in Islamic educational institutions. Therefore, effective transformational leadership can be the key to improving job satisfaction and enabling Islamic educational institutions to successfully achieve their goals.
