URGENSI MANAJEMEN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM PENINGKATAN KINERJA GURU
Abstract
This study is aimed to analyse the madrasah head master in improving teacher performance. This study used literature analysis about correlation of school and manage- ment head master, to improve the teachers’ performance. The result of this study are the head master has to be able to be leader, innovator and motivator. So they can implement new paradigm of school management, such as head master must be educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, in- novator, motivator, figure and mediator (EMASLIM-FM). Meanwhile in improving the school quality, a head master has to improve her or his ability to improve the teachers’ job performance by meeting, communicating to get profes- sional job. Besides, a head master must be disciplined and obey school rule. For teachers, they have to be on time as good figure for students.Copyright (c) 2016 JURNAL PIKIR
