ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN ASESMEN KOMPETENSI MADRASAH INDONESIA (AKMI) DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PENDIDIKAN MADRASAH DI BOJONEGORO

Abstract

The Indonesian Madrasa Competency Assessment (AKMI) is an assessment carried out by the Ministry of Religion aimed at determining madrasa students' abilities in reading literacy, numeracy literacy, scientific literacy and socio-cultural literacy. This teacher training aims to provide a better understanding of the AKMI results and assist teachers in planning and implementing corrective actions to improve students' abilities in each competency measured. Furthermore, the results of the implementation of AKMI will provide important information regarding students' abilities so that they can provide future improvements and can improve the implementation of AKMI which will be carried out in the following year so that this research aims to determine the form of improving the quality of madrasas from the implementation of AKMI in Bojonegoro.

The research method used is a qualitative method, researchers must be involved more deeply in the field to obtain accurate data and researchers can also analyze the problems that will be researched in more depth. Data collection techniques through 1. Observation, observing descriptions of the implementation of AKMI in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Bojonegoro 2. Interviews, using semi-structured interviews with the head of the madrasah, teachers who take part in AKMI technical guidance, Madrasah Supervisors, Online Instructors and AKMI Visiting Instructors with questions open, there is an interview guide that contains the flow, sequence and broadening of the discussion. 3. Documentation, to obtain data and information in the form of books, journals, archives, documents, written numbers and images in the form of reports and information that can support research.

Based on the 2022 AKMI results data at Madrasah Bojonegoro, it can be read that improving the quality of education in madrasas is at a proficiency level that requires assistance and a basic level that is diagnostic, meaning that the results are used as a milestone for evaluating the learning process that has been carried out and finding weaknesses that occur in learning process. These results become a reference for each madrasah to carry out follow-up activities in the form of improving the quality of learning. Further activities to improve the quality of madrasas that can be implemented include: Developing a learning culture, Developing Teacher Professional Activities, Developing Extracurricular Activities, Developing the Use of Infrastructure, Developing Infrastructure, Carrying out Monitoring and Evaluation Activities, Developing a Text-Rich Environment, Developing a Social Emotional Environment .
