Penerapan Pembelajaran Kooperatif Team Games Tournament Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Siswa Terhadap Materi PAI Di Kelas V D”
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model in Islamic religious education classes for class V D semester 2 at SDN Telaga Murni 03 during the 2023–2024 academic year will result in higher motivation. This kind of study is called classroom action research (PTK), and it involves up to 19 participants from SDN Telaga Murni's class V D. This study aims to investigate the motivation of students to learn Islamic religious education subsequent to the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning paradigm. Tournaments and observation are used in the data collection process. The study's findings indicate that students' motivation to learn increased in cycle 1. Student learning motivation grew to 75% in cycle 1 and then to 100% in cycle 2. There is a positive correlation between rising student learning results and rising learning motivation. Therefore, it can be said that using this model will enhance PAI learning objectives and motivation.
