Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere that can develop student potential. Madrasah Diniyah is a non-formal Islamic education unit that carries out religious learning as a complement to students at elementary school and equivalent levels and has the aim of forming a young generation who can have in-depth religious knowledge. In the process of learning activities in madrasas, the main characteristic is that there are dynamic learning activities, it is necessary to have good and planned classroom management activities before teaching and learning activities are carried out. Class management plays a very important role in the formation of learning as well as in fostering student learning motivation. This research uses a qualitative approach, an approach based on the philosophy of positivism and the type of research used is ex-post facto research because this research will examine events that have already occurred. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation instruments. The results of the research show that there is an influence of classroom management on student learning motivation at Madrasah DTA Nurul Falah Karawang. This is proven that if teachers can manage the classroom well, students have a high sense of enthusiasm and motivation to learn.
