Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain data about the use and success of the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) type cooperative learning model with quiz media as an effort to improve PAI learning outcomes. This research was carried out at SMAN 2 Karawang with research subjects in class XI.8, totaling 30 students. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK), using the Kurt Lewin model, carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four main steps, namely: (1) planning, (2) acting, (3) observing, and (4) reflecting. The results of the research show an increase, this is proven by the value of students' PAI learning outcomes in cycle I, namely 86% of students who completed with an average class of 80, increasing in cycle II reaching 99% of students who completed with an average of class 90. Conclusions from this research shows that the use of the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) type cooperative learning model with interactive quiz media can increase concentration on PAI learning outcomes.
