STRATEGI INOVATIF UNTUK PENDIDIKAN BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI DIGITAL DI SDN BELENDUNG 1
Abstract
This research discusses innovative strategies for the implementation of digital technology-based education at SDN Belendung 1. The application of digital technology in education is increasingly important in facing the challenges of the digital era. The purpose of this study is to identify innovative strategies that can be implemented as well as the driving factors and obstacles in the implementation process. Using a descriptive qualitative research method, data was obtained through interviews with the school principal, as well as documentation related to infrastructure and learning practices. The results show that the use of digital technology is still limited at SDN Belendung 1 due to constraints in facilities and teachers' skills. Nevertheless, some training programs and the use of simple technology have been implemented. Innovative strategies that include improving teachers' skills, providing facilities and adapting the technology-based curriculum are solutions that are expected to improve the quality of education. This research also highlights the importance of support from various parties to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of using technology in the learning process. In conclusion, the implementation of innovative strategies based on digital technology has great potential in improving the quality of education, but infrastructure support and continuous development of teacher skills are needed to overcome various obstacles.
