Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of discipline in improving the quality of education at MTS Roudlotur Rosmani, Bengkulu City. Discipline is measured through students' disciplined attitudes in participating in the learning process and their involvement in school activities. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey design involving 50 students and 5 teachers as respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews. The research results show that student discipline has a positive effect on the quality of education which is reflected in academic achievement, regularity of study time, and the development of student character. Therefore, it is recommended that schools improve discipline programs through more systematic policies and consistent implementation of supervision to support better quality education.
