Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed various aspects of life, including the world of education. Teachers as the spearhead in the learning process are required to adapt to digital transformation in order to improve the quality of teaching. This research aims to analyze the readiness of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Bengkulu City in facing digital transformation, with a focus on aspects of technological competence, institutional support, and the challenges faced. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and questionnaires. The research results show that although most teachers have a basic understanding of digital technology, there are still obstacles in implementing digital-based learning, such as limited infrastructure and lack of intensive training. This study recommends increasing technology-based training and strengthening school policies to support the digitalization of education.
