ANALISIS PENGARUH HARGA DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN
Abstract
Modern businesses or modern markets apart from providing attractive shopping alternatives also offer comfort and quality products, competitive prices and sometimes even cheaper than traditional markets/retail traders. Business activities such as minimarkets have become an interesting phenomenon and attention. The existing Candamart is made in such a way as to attract consumers' interest in buying there. The existing Candamart must be able to create excellence in the products and services offered, so that it can attract consumer interest and feel satisfied because their needs can be met well. The aim of this research is to find out whether price and service factors influence consumer satisfaction in shopping at Candamart. This research uses qualitative field methods, descriptive qualitative in nature. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection methods use interviews, observation and documentation methods. The results of the research show that the quality of service and prices at Candamart tend to influence consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, service greatly influences consumer satisfaction. Because according to both consumers, the quality of service at Candamart is very good compared to other stores.
