Abstract

The Arabic Language Learning Program is one of the learning programs that is often taught and studied at Islamic Education Institutions such as Islamic Boarding Schools. The Darussalam Ngesong-Sengon Jombang Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools that implements an Arabic language learning program, and is one of the requirements for class promotion at the Awaliah, Wustho and Ulya madrasas. This research aims to reveal the management of the Arabic language learning program at the Darussalam Ngesong-Sengon Jombang Islamic Boarding School. The progress of a Nafira Language Education institution at the Darussalam Sengon Jombang Islamic boarding school is determined by the quality of its human resources and is supported by the application of good management concepts. The concept of management starts from planning and decision making (Planning), organization (organizing), leadership (leading) and control (controlling). This will be discussed in this research, especially matters relating to the management of the An-Nafira institution. The type of research used is a qualitative descriptive approach using interviews, photos, videos, documents and brochures, then comparing, combining and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the NAFIRA Language Institute has carried out a strategic role for the progress of the people and nation by implementing a good management system.
