DINAMIKA KONSEP KEPEMIMPINAN DALAM ISLAM

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the theory of leadership in Islamic views, understand what leadership is, as well as the perspectives of several opinions of Islamic figures. The method and type of data collection in this research is library research by collecting books, journals and previous research results that support the research theme, including literature on leadership theory, Islamic views on leadership. the results of this study indicate that the concept of leadership in Islam, is a perspective that becomes the basis for the foundation of thought in the role of being a leader which includes several aspects, namely; aspects of influence, aspects of harmony, and aspects of characteristics.   Keywords: Leadership Theory, Islamic View
