Abstract

The purpose of this research to knows the effect of promotion and the service quality on the interest of precious metal investments in PT Pegadaian Kotaanyar Financing Unit with partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative Methods, data collection techniques used are questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. While the data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression through the statistical test F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that: 1). The t account value for promotion 168,415 > from t table value 1.987, so that promotion variable significantly influences customer interest for precious metal investment in PT Pegadaian Kotaanyar Financing Unit. 2). The t value for service quality is 487,071> t table 1,987, so the service quality variable significantly influences customer interest in precious metal investment in PT Pegadaian Kotaanyar Financing Unit. 3). Based on the results of the study, the F value of 6.887> f table 3.10 is obtained, so that the promotion and service quality variables simultaneously influence the customer's interest in precious metal investments in PT Pegadaian Kotaanyar Financing Unit.
