Abstract
This research study based Research Library (library) that is sourced research on library materials such as books, journals and research results. In this study discussion is the study of the concept of Murabahah, Murabahah concept in view of one of the great figures of the century, namely Abdullah Saeed, according to Abdullah Saeed that there clicking murabaha concept in Islam al-quran juag thus hinting but murabaha practices that occur in the community away from parketek the beneficiaries, according to Abdullah Saeed that murabaha is based on the Islamic concept maslahah rules, with Abdullah Saeed kadiah it seeks to provide an overview of the legal and rational interpretation mendektai maslahah according to the study of Islamic law.
